The protection of your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you about data processing when using Circadio.
1. Responsible party

2. Data collected
When participating in the quiz, we store: your 12 answers (anonymous, without personal reference), the result (chronotype, score), timestamp and locale. For purchases additionally: email address and payment data via our payment provider Stripe. For sending emails (e.g. order confirmations) we use Resend; email addresses and message content are processed for this purpose.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed to display your chronotype result and, if applicable, the premium report, and for order processing and email communication. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment).
4. Hosting & third parties
The app is hosted at Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). The database runs at Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA). Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Inc., USA). Emails are sent via Resend (Resend Inc., USA). EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply for data transfers to the USA.

6. Cookies
Circadio does not use tracking cookies. We use sessionStorage in the browser to temporarily display your result. No third-party cookies are set.
